My Jesus ... tonight, between year ends and another begins, I want to stop and look back ... I recognize that without you would not have been able to give a single step ... and although at times I have separated from you or have not done what you asked me ... You acknowledge that You have always been by my side ... holding me ... comfortable ... strengthen ... guiding me ... and helping to move forward ... for all this ... and for your patience with me ... tonight I want to thank you ...
On this night, Lord, I thank you for the gift of life ... and the desire to live it for you and for you ... I give thanks to Thee because although life belongs to all creatures have given me the grace to know that mine is in your hands ... help me to live this next year with the knowledge that You are my Creator and all that I am and what I have belongs to you only You ...
My beloved Jesus ... I want to thank you for the gift of the family ... especially for Naomi, by Maldy and my parents ... for all the blessings you have bestowed upon me through them ... and for the opportunity to meet you through your words, their gestures, their dreams and emotions ... I ask you in this new year may love them more with Your Love ... love ... and so can become the husband, father and son You ask me to be ...
My Jesus ... I want to thank you for the gift of joy, perseverance, faith ... because you have given me the opportunity to serve with my work and effort, both in the parish, and in various projects and ministries in which we set out together ... I pray that in this new year give me the strength to continue working in all places and projects where you call me ... and that my humble efforts, but vain and inadequate to bear the fruits that you want to get them ...
But above all, I give you a lot, thank you very much for the gift of peace ... Peace is not the absence of trials and difficulties ... but the grace of knowing myself in your hands ... and the confidence that comes from knowing that you want it better and more important to me: my salvation ... that this year can be an instrument of yours and take my brothers this peace you put in my heart ...
O Lord my God ... before going to Mass, I want to join the requests received by email and ask for this much-needed humanity from you ... that this new year will bring a rebirth in faith, hope and charity in hearts of all men ...
For those who end up being born and pass away,
by distressed and troubled
for the poor and the rich,
resented by hunger,
for those living on the street,
punctured by cold and fire,
by despots and totalitarian,
by terrorists and the terror,
by those who have lost everything,
for those who were not taught to love,
why they can not reasonably accept,
by those who despise the natural law and order,
by the violent and liars
for those who hate and vengeful,
for the sick and console those who,
for the lonely and those without justice,
by offering a glass of fresh water
for which no one remembers them,
morally attacked by children in their own families,
by unauthorized asesinándoseles birth abortion,
abandoned by husbands for their wives,
by wives hurt by their husbands,
for children neglected by their parents,
ignored by parents for their children,
forgotten by the elders and the treated as nuisances,
by single mothers and battered women,
by infants and young girls scandalized
by the magnanimous and selfless,
by the slaves of drugs, prostitution, selfishness and ideologies,
by teachers, lecturers and professors,
by prisoners and refugees,
by slandered and slanderers
by the crucified and crucified him,
for those who lost all hope,
by the sad and the happy,
by the prophets and sages,
for those who sow peace and live in it,
those who struggle for justice and truth,
for those who suffer injustice or contempt,
by the humble and the meek;
for those who forgive and those who divide
for those who give life freely, without looking back,
by the Holy Church of God
by proclaiming the Gospel,
by catechists, nurses, physicians, employees,
by monks and nuns,
for those who give everything and follow you,
throughout the College of Bishops,
by the Bishop of Rome, Benedict XVI,
by us, our dreams, our heart ...
for my family and my friends,
for my ancestors and descendants,
by my colleagues and I knew,
for my enemies and my opponents,
by my Christian community in baptism I received
for all men of goodwill,
and for those who need your light and your salvation.
Amen.
Glory to the Father, Son and Holy Spirit,
as it was in the beginning, for ever and ever ...
Amen.
