A year ends and another begins

My good Jesus ... tonight, including one year ends and another begins, I want to stop and look back ... I recognize that without you would not have been able to take a single step ... and although at times I have separated from you or have not done everything you asked me ... You acknowledge that You have always been by my side ... holding me ... confortándome ... strengthening me ... guiding me ... and urging me to move on ... all this ... and for your patience with me ... tonight I want to say thanks ...

On this night, Lord, I thank you for the gift of life ... and the desire to live for You and for You ... I give thanks to you because although you own the life of all creatures have given me the grace to know that mine is in your hands ... help me to live this next year with the knowledge that You are my Creator and everything I am and what I have belongs to you only ...

My beloved Jesus ... I want to thank you for the gift of the family ... especially for Naomi, by Maldy and my parents ... for all the blessings you have bestowed upon me through them ... and for the opportunity to meet you through your words, their gestures, their dreams and emotions ... I ask you in this new year may love them more with Your Love ... love ... and so can become the husband, father and son You ask me to be ...

My Jesus ... I want to thank you for the gift of joy, perseverance, faith ... because you have given me the opportunity to serve with my work and effort, both in the parish, and in individual projects and ministries in which we launched a year ago ... I pray that in this new year give me the strength to continue working in all places and projects where you call me ... and that my humble efforts, but vain and insufficient to bear the fruit that you want to get them ...

But above all, I give you a lot, thank you very much for the gift of peace ... Peace is not the absence of trials and difficulties ... but the grace of knowing myself in your hands ... and the confidence that you want the best and more important to me: my salvation ... that this year could be your instrument and bring this peace to my brothers that you put in my heart ...
